Retro Masculine themed card

I am up on the Jillibean Soup Blog today.  For this masculine card I used the Happy Camper Stew collection, along with one of the Corrugated Shapes.  I die cut the clouds from cork and added some wood veneer from Freckled Fawn and Studio Calico.  The stamp is from Unity.

Be sure to head on over to the Jillibean Soup Blog to see what the others have created today.

Live in the Moment and just be

I was up on the My Mind's Eye Blog the other day with my Pinspired Product.  I was inspired by an amazing layout (see the MME Blog for more details) and came up with this card.  I used the Cut & Paste Charm collection. The hole panel is one I created for my Silhouette, I placed the bits of paper down behind the holes, lifted up the hole panel, stitched over the circles then mounted the panel on foam tape.  I then added one of the awesome coordinating stickers and cut the word 'be' with my Silhouette.

Project Life Sneak Peek

I am up on the Pebbles Blog with some Project Life pages using the Front Porch collection.

Little Halloween Treat Bags

I was up on the SRM Stickers Blog the other day with these little halloween treat bags and I thought I would share them here too.  I used some of the Glassine Bags and decorated them with the Thirty One collection by Pebbles, along with some twine and the We've Got Your Border - Halloween stickers.  I created the little panels by themselves first (doing all the stitching and such) then adhered them to the front of the bags.  The size of these are perfect for a few little treats or for holding a gift card.

I cut the spider with my Silhouette

The bats are from a Martha Stewart punch, and are just layered over some punched circles and then stitched.

Dear Santa Define Good - Sassy Christmas card

Just popping in to share this Sassy Christmas card that I created the other night.  When I saw the new Fashionista (Noelle) by Unity I couldn't wait to play with her.  I paper pieced her dress with some and added some dimensional paint to the cuffs.  The fun 'ball' on the end of her hat is from Pebbles.  I have also used one of the new Unity Sentiments.  The paper and elements are from the Christmas Cheer Chowder collection by Jillibean Soup.

Unity has a lot of new releases on this week so be sure to check them out.  There are also a lot of items on sale, including this one!  Be sure to pop by the Unity Website to see it all!

Chic & Scary Creepy Spider card

I played with some new My Mind's Eye the Happy Haunting collection to create this fun card with a not so cute spider on it ;)  I used my Chic & Scary Cricut cartridge to cut the web and the spider.  The web border punch is by Martha Stewart.  I have used the 3 Dimensional stickers, the 6 X 6 pad and the brads to create this card.

I am playing along with this skerch from Seize the Sketch:

Sweet little Spider card

I am very excited to share that I submitted my first few cards to Scrapbook & Cards Today and was lucky to get this sweet little spider card picked up for publication!  I created it with the Tricks & Treats collection by Pebbles along with some May Arts net ribbon and jute twine and a flashcard from Pretty Little Studio.  I cut the web and spider with my Silhouette.  I love the tulle bow on her head.

Inspired By #89

You have until Wednesday night to play along with my Fall Table Inspiration Challenge.

I pulled out the colors, fall, and was inspired by the scattering of the berries and thus I chose the polka dot paper.  I used the Reflections Fall collection by Echo Park along with some burlap ribbon by May Arts.

Chritmas Tags

I was up on the Jillibean Soup Blog yesterday with some easy Christmas Tags.  I used the Christmas Cheer Chowder Bits and Bits panels as they fit perfectly on the Kraft tags.  I just added some strips of paper, some of the Pea Pod Parts and a bit of Peppermint Divine Twine and May Arts Jute Twine.  They went together so quickly and easily.

Elle's Studio products coming soon!

Woo hoo... these will be available soon!

I love the new Elle's Studio collections and they will be availble in the shop soon.  Here are my Penelope projects so far, I did share them a few days ago but here they are again.

Photo Freedom - week 38

I didn't have a lot of photos from last week so I just did a page and a half rather than 2 full pages, and I am ok with that ;)  Some weeks are like that and I am not going to stress myself out about it.  I also kept this week pretty simple as far as embellishments and such.  I used my Photo Freedom Volume 2 by Echo Park - which of course makes this very easy to do.  I have also used some Technique Tuesday stamp sets.

And the back side of the half page.  Not an exciting week, but then again... we live a pretty simple life - especially with just the three of us and 2 cats in the house now.
