Graffiti inspired card for a masculine challenge

Another challenge is up over at The Challenge and this week is an inspiration>

I can't remember the last time (if ever ;) ) that I didn't use any pattern paper)
I used some cardstock from CTMH and My Mind's Eye
and just played with some Unity Stamps and dies from MFT, PTI and Simon Says.

Feel Beautiful

I am up on the Scrapbook Adhesives Blog today with a card.
I took a break from kids cards ;)

For this card I used some Heidi Swapp paper, along with a
Unity (I Hope You Feel Beautiful) and a die from Paper Smooches.

I cut a journaling card in half and adhered to the top and bottom of the card.

The shoes were cut out of some MME cardstock.

Hop on over to the Scrapbook Adhesives Blog for more information.

Blog Hop time!

Hi everyone, have you been hopping along with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and Stampendous this week?  If not be sure to go back and check out each day as there are prizes to be won!

Today is my day and I was thrilled when
I saw what was sent to me from Stampendous!
If you know me at all you know that I love flowers and hydrangeas are one of my favorites!
I can see so many uses for this stamp and die.
Next on my to do will be some placemats and dishtowels :)

Today though I am sharing a card I created with it.
Now you know that I am not a colorer I am a paper piecer.
I stamped the image on white cardstock and subtly colored it in.
The pattern paper background is from Pebbles.

I mounted the image using some foam squares and then topped it off with a die

For your chance at the prize be sure to head on over to the Scrapbook Adhesives blog!

Celebrate 7

A new challenge is up over at The Challenge and this week is an inspiration challenge.

Once again, I am creating cards for my classroom stash.
I used the retired Saltwater Collection from Elle's Studio.
I went with the rainbow of colors from the inspiration.

The dies are from Papertrey Ink.
A quick and easy card, but like I have said before -
these go to little grade one students who
don't take the best care of things they put in their backpacks for home :)

Hello World - Planner Pages, Journal and then the Layout!

Oh I'm bad.  I have been so busy lately, feeling somewhat like a hamster in a wheel!  I was up on the My Mind's Eye and Scrapbook Adhesives Blog with my first layout of my Greece Trip.

I have used the Hello World papers which I used on my planner pages:

I then used the papers to alter some little notebooks for my daughter, husband and myself to document our trip to Greece.

The papers were also perfect for creating some luggage tags with the Self Laminating Pouches - so quick and easy!

So finally here is the layout.  Of course I used the E-Z Runner Grand to adhere the main pieces.

See that airplane cut out on the corner:  That is the leftover negative piece when I created the little journals!  I just cut it out and used it as an accent.

I also used a piece of the packaging as I thought it made for a great tag to tuck in behind my cluster.

Thanks for stopping by, I know I don't post as much as I used to.... my weekend crafty time is taken up playing with my grand daughter and our house is like grand central station with a constant stream of visitors who know, that they will most likely get to see my grand daughter if they pop over!  Lots of fun!

Boy Birthday Card

Time for another challenge over at The Challenge and this week it is a sketch, which I love.

I decided to use it as a chance to make another birthday card.
I used the Cameron Collection by Elle's Studio, yes I still have some left
and yes I will be sad when I have used it all up :)

I used some dies by My Favorite Things for a quick and easy card.

Now hop on over to The Challenge to see what the rest of the DT have created and please play along!
